Beautiful lakefront home with loft bedroom. This 2-bed cabin was lovingly built in 2018 with all the right materials. The small finishing touches make it a unique find. The cabin is open and well lit. The cathedral ceilings make the 900sq ft cabin look even bigger. This property is off grid, but it is set up to run off a generator and propane. Add some solar panels and the camp would be even more efficient. There is a bathhouse with a privy; the shower would just need to be added to the building. The original cabin the previous residents used is there also and can be used as a guest house. This wonderful cabin getaway is located on the shore of Lower Cranberry Lake. The property comes complete with its own beach. The cabin is on leased land that is renewed every 3 years. Lower Cranberry Lake is approximately 300 acres and has a max depth of 27 ft. Lower Cranberry and Upper Cranberry are connected and run into each other, so there is plenty of area for boating and fishing for Pickerel, Perch, and Trout. There are very few cabins around the lake, so it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Come take a look at this beautiful cabin today!
