An exceptional opportunity on Thomaston Harbor, this iconic waterfront property was home to a well-known seaside restaurant for many years. Set directly on the water, the property features a 120-foot pier offering tremendous potential for outdoor dining, waterfront gatherings, and a variety of creative uses. Previously operated as a 150+ seat restaurant, the property offers good on-site parking and an authentic Maine waterfront setting that is increasingly hard to find. Reimagine the restaurant, create a new hospitality or commercial venture, or explore the many other possibilities this unique location may offer. Bring your vision and take advantage of a truly special spot on the Maine coast. Some photos are from when the restaurant was in operation and offer a perspective on a future potential use.
