About Debby Schling

For more than 20 years, Debby has had the pleasure of guiding buyers and
sellers through their real estate journeys in the Mid-coast, building
relationships one home at a time. She takes great pride in meeting and
connecting with clients from all walks of life, treating each client’s unique
real estate journey as her top priority. Whether you are a first-time
homebuyer or a seasoned seller, Debby has the expertise and dedication
to help you achieve your goals through a process as stress-free and
enjoyable as possible. Known for her attention to detail, she combines
patience and a sense of humor to establish a relationship based on
honesty, trust and creative solutions.

Over the years, Debby has been very involved with the Lincoln County
Board of Realtors, serving as Treasurer for many years, President Elect,
President and Immediate Past President. Her peers honored her with
Realtor of the Year in 2017. She is currently a member of the Lincoln
County Council of the Mountains to Shore Board, the Maine Association of
Realtors and also the National Association of Realtors.
Debby works as a Team with fellow agent, Jane Gravel, to create a
partnership steeped in local knowledge and dedication. They work
seamlessly together to offer you the best of both of them, complimenting
each others strengths.

Originally from Massachusetts, Debby moved to Damariscotta with her
family in 2002. Twenty-three years later, she still enthusiastically believes
that Lincoln County is the best area in Maine to live, work and play. She
lives in Damariscotta, and South Bristol in the summer, with her husband
and cairn terrier, Dudley. Their two adult daughters, spouses and two
grandchildren live out of state, but visit Maine every opportunity they get.
