With over 25 years of experience in the commercial and fine art industries, Ericka O’Rourke brings a unique blend of creativity and expertise to her role as a Broker, Realtor, and Marketing Director at Blue Lobster Real Estate. Growing up in central New Jersey, Ericka was inspired by her father, a dedicated realtor with a successful 30 year career. His passion and commitment to the profession deeply influenced her, instilling in her a strong set of core values centered around dedication and integrity.

Ericka's journey to Maine was a dream realized, having relocated six years ago to embrace the natural beauty and vibrant community of Midcoast Maine. Originally licensed in New Jersey and Maine, she specializes in selling homes, utilizing her extensive background in design and marketing to showcase properties to their fullest potential. Her fresh perspective on real estate, combined with her discerning eye for design, allows her to help clients envision and achieve the best possible outcomes in their real estate transactions.

Before diving into real estate, Ericka built a distinguished career as a graphic designer, illustrator, and fine artist. After earning her BFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, she made her mark in New York City working with Penguin Random House, Bantam Doubleday Dell, and various other clients globally. Her experience in photography, fine arts, and graphic design enhances her ability to craft compelling presentations and marketing strategies that highlight each property's unique qualities.

As a former owner/operator of an art gallery, Ericka values the importance of quality customer service and applies this principle diligently in her real estate practice. Her creative approaches and deep understanding of marketing enable her to present homes in a way that captures their true potential and appeals to prospective buyers.

When she’s not busy creating and making real estate dreams come true, Ericka enjoys hiking, reading, kayaking, practicing yoga, and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
