Since beginning her real estate career in 2010, Joi has consistently been a multimillion-dollar producer.  She values continuing education, holding the top Broker license along with the coveted Certified Residential Specialist designation, which is held by only 3% of Realtors worldwide.  She credits her success to years of happy clients who pass her name along and allow her to grow her business organically.

Joi believes that every client deserves the best and prides herself on paying for professional photography and video, creating custom websites with floor plans, drone video and Matterport tours.  She is passionate about properly staging a property to make the best impression, which results in getting her clients top dollar.  She also prides herself on being a great listener and thinking outside the box to help her buyer clients find the perfect home.

Married for over 33 years with two adult daughters, Joi has been fortunate to spend her life living on the coast of Maine. When she’s not working, you’ll find her sailing in Casco Bay with her husband and dog, Rosie or maybe even playing pickleball.
