About Karla Coury

Karla's interest in real estate began at the age of 22 when she bought her first home.  Since then, she has owned, renovated and managed a portfolio of properties and this, coupled with her background in finance, allow her to expertly advise her clients as they navigate the real estate market.  Karla works diligently on behalf of her clients, offering candor and an eye for detail that her clients value and trust.

Karla and her husband have lived in Yarmouth for over 20 years and have enjoyed raising their three sons there. Her connections to this community run deep and this local knowledge serves her clients well. When not helping her clients, Karla loves to travel and explore new cultures. She has lived in California, Bolivia, Virginia, Arizona and Spain. She is fluent in Spanish and has strong ties to her culture.  When she is not working or traveling, you will find her cheering for her boys from the soccer sidelines or walking their newest family member, a Bernedoodle, named Gus.
