Katie Kelley Winglass is a Midcoast Maine Realtor® known for her warm, client-first approach and deep roots in the community. Born and raised in Bowdoinham, she has spent more than thirty years living in Bath and knows the Midcoast Maine real estate market inside and out. Katie brings a rich background of seventeen years as a Midcoast Maine business owner, along with early experience as a pre-K educator. That combination shaped her patience, problem-solving, and people-centered approach. She works extensively with buyers and sellers across the region, specializing in antique and historic homes, first-time homebuyers, out-of-state sales, waterfront properties, land, downsizing, and estate property sales. Outside of real estate, Katie is a proud mom to three grown children, all Morse High School graduates and now college grads. Her daughters are both Army ROTC graduates, one a veteran Captain and the other serving in the US Army Reserves. At home in Bath, she enjoys reading, knitting, gardening, baking, exploring the Maine food scene, and volunteering in her community, often with her three dogs close by.
