About Katy Miller

Originally from Harpswell, Maine and now settling in Spruce Head with her husband and two children, Katy Miller has extensive knowledge along the coast of Maine.  She had her first taste of the business in 2010 while taking a college course in real estate, but waited until 2014 before actively pursuing it!  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and General Management from the University of Southern Maine and currently holds her Broker license.  

Katy represents buyers and sellers proudly and is committed to working very hard for them!  With a Dad who worked in law enforcement and retired into Lobstering and a Mom who is a self-employed businesswoman, Katy learned from an early age that hard work is everything.  She prides herself in giving out her husband’s lobster catch as a closing gift to support the local lobster industry and it just seems to fit with the brand, Blue Lobster Real Estate!  She faces challenges with grit and grace and loves to negotiate.  Her straight-forward approach is to work smart and keep things as simple as possible.    

In Katy’s spare time you can find her soaking up as much sunshine as possible with her family, helping haul lobster traps aboard her daughter’s boat or caring for her home full of animals!  

Blue lobsters are few and far between.  Much like this small knit prestigious group of Realtors, Katy is humbled to be apart of Blue Lobster Real Estate which is known for having some of the most well-respected real estate professionals in Maine with combined sales of over $61,000,000!
