About Wade R. Fleming

Wade graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in architecture before receiving his real estate license in 2010. He enjoys using his background in construction and architecture, in combination with his extensive knowledge of condo, single-family, and investment properties, to help educate his clients in the greater Portland area.

Self-described as loyal, passionate, and trustworthy, Wade’s favorite part of the real estate industry is that every client is different, and he’s motivated by helping his buyers and sellers understand the local market so they can be fully informed and comfortable throughout the process. Away from work, Wade’s interests include soccer, golf, hiking, snowboarding and international travel, including a two-year stay in Australia and New Zealand, which he deems the "experience of a lifetime".
